[orca-list] Orca master doesn't read caja-dropbox icon in the top panel of Mate desktop

Hi,


System: Ubuntu 18.04.1, Mate desktop, Orca master, caja-dropbox.


When putting focus on the caja-dropbox icon in Mate's top panel, Orca 
does not read the current dropbox status or version.

1. Make sure caja-dropbox is installed and running.

2. Press ALT+CONTROL+ESC to cycle to the top panel.

3. Use the arrow keys to put focus on the caja-dropbox icon.


Actual results: Orca says "menu."

Expected result: Orca reads the current dropbox version number and status.
