[orca-list] Orca master remains silent when entering nested folders in caja-mate

Hi,


System: caja-mate 1.20.2, Orca master, Ubuntu 18.04.1.


When entering a folder in caja-mate from another folder, Orca remains 
silent.


1. In caja-mate, enter into a folder (user's home folder works here).

2. Change the view to listview by pressing CONTROL+2.

3. Find a folder with files such as Documents or Downloads.

4. Press RETURN on the folder with files.


Actual result: Orca remains silent.

Expected result: Orca should announce the new folder name along with any 
selected state of files or folders.
