[orca-list] Clearing Orca's Application Specific Settings

Hello,

A user accidentally set up application specific preferences for Pluma
so that when they go into pluma the speed is faster than the other
programs. I was wondering if there is a way to either set the rate
once globally both system wide and for all the application specific
preferences, or can we clear all the application specific preferences
somehow?
