[orca-list] Thunderbird: Orca doesn't read the sender and date when there is a special character on the subject

Hello all,

Environment:
- Orca master
- Thunderbird 60

@Joanie: I'll redirect to you the mail for reproduction.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open Thunderbird
2) Go to the folder where there a mail with a subject with a special char
3) Press up/down arrow to read the line with the mail

Result:
Orca only says "Récupérez vos factures impayées."

Result should say:
"Récupérez vos factures impayées." sender and date
