I agree with you but it's not managed by Orca itself, it should be
managed by the Bell system of the window manager as it is the behavior
with the Mate Terminal for example.

I have a feature request. Orca should play a sound (configurable by the
user) when it reaches the top and bottom of a Writer file. Right now, it
just repeats the line at the top or bottom of a file. As I write this
email, it also should be in new messages in Thunderbird.
