Welcome to the list.  Honestly, I think maybe the best thing to do
would be just open an issue on the Orca Github repo at:

https://github.com/GNOME/orca

You will probably just get a quick "thank you" message, and they will
close it.  From there, let Google do its job, and people searching for
that issue will hopefully find it.
