RUnning Orca as root is stupit. Can anyone fix this in some next
version of orca, or It must be fixed in mate?

I haven't figured that out too.
In the mean time a workaround is to also run orca as root when
running gparted.
Note apps running via sudo are not accessible on mate desktop
while on gnome desktop they are.
e.g. running sudo gedit opens accessible gedit window when I am
on gnome.
