I use Orca with Firefox just fine myself.
I'll also bring up Chrome with ChromeVox from time to time. It
doesn't work with Orca though.
You could also try Seamonkey. I'm not sure if it would have the
same problem or not.
So what other browsers can i use?
Not familiar with what works and what doesn't work on linux
yet.

I'm pretty sure it is. It starts on boot anyway, It just seems to
