Does Orca include a way to obtain pixel coordinates for html elements? 
If so, how does a user do this? If not, can something be added? I need 
something similar to the JAWS ALT+NUMPAD_DELETE function. Sample output 
when focused on a character in a link might be 181, 500. 181 pixels from 
the top edge of the viewport and 500 pixels from the left edge of the 
viewport.

Aside from this, how do people creating html/css/bootstrap/javascript 
pages ensure proper spacing and alignment?
