As a matter of interest is there still a way to run 3.18.2 and master

Hope the warning is useful and thanks for any advice on multiple
Yes, there is. You should migrate your settings from GSettings to file
in "~/.local/share/orca/". I'm not aware of a automatic way to do that.
if you have an already configured orca profile on your Fedora box, you
should paste it in "~/.local/share/orca/". Orca from Ubuntu will search
firstly on "~/.local/share/orca/" before to look at GSettings whereas
Orca master and Orca on all others distros (Debian , arch, etc) will
only look there.
So, GSettings backend to store configuration is Ubuntu-specific.

Alex.
