So far I will have to agree.

I think Ubuntu-mate 18.04 by far has been the most accessible Ubuntu version and it really does very well.

Speed in orca's response (except with big email list in Thunderbird ) and overall features make the entire Ubuntu/Orca stack very professional and ready for prime use.
