Hi Jeremy,


I try once more to start Settings with Orca in Ubuntu 18.04 and Orca is 
doing fine!

After pressing the Super key and typing settings followed by Enter I can 
use the flat review and also the Tab, arrows and Space bar.


In another situation I heard Orca saying image, image, image I press 
Control_Alt_Tab and I landed on a lockscreen. After pressing Enter or my 
password in case Orca tells me I can continue.

Maybe this will be of help.
