[orca-list] Go to the next important object skips large items

Hello all,

A recent user of Hypra that tryies to switch from NVDA to Orca tries to 
use the function "go to large object" on a web page but the result seems 
buggy. Even if the following lines in the orca-customisation.py the 
behavior doesn't change:
> import settings
> settings.largeObjectTextLength=1

It's really important as the impacted user continue to use NVDA until we 
could make this working properly in her daily life. Let me know if I 
could help.

Environment:
- Debian Sid
- Firefox 59
- Orca master

Steps to reproduce:
1) Go to https://www.gnurou.org/writing/smartquestionsfr/
2) Stay on the beginning of the page
3) Press "o" to go to the next large object

Result: Orca goes to "Dans le monde des hackers (N.d.T. : Une"
Expected result: Orca should go to the heading "De la bonne manière de 
poser les questions" or with the customization to "Writing"
