[orca-list] Orca and Snaps?

From what I understand, Snaps are apps that are separate from the rest of the operating system.  Can Orca 
still read these applications?  I installed the Chromium snap by doing sudo snap install Chromium.  To start 
Chromium, I hit Alt F2, typed Chromium and pressed Enter.  I was not able to read Chromium at all with Orca.
