[orca-list] Orca optimalizations

However Orca is enough good screen reader to use Linux every day, I must 
pay attention that is not enough optimized.

For example, i'm switching between windows and Screen sappears faster 
then I can hear it sait by orca. As the same as switching between 
virtual desktops. Screen appears faster then Orca says this.

Python 3 is faster than python2, so orca should be better optimized than 
nvda.

Can anyone do something with this problem?
