like use:
git clone https://github.com/chrys87/simple-orca-plugin-system.git
if you haven't already done so then search your hard drive for new 
files, probably in a subdirectory so a make and sudo make install inside 
that subdirectory may get the system installed for you.  If you're using 
archlinux installing the base-devel repository will get many files 
needed to build packages.  Debian I think has a build-essentials 
metapackage to install before you run that make command in the 
subdirectory.
