[orca-list] OT Fedora mate accessibility

Hi,

I installed F28 Mate spin. It is accessible, but redmond theme isn't 
included. It uses Emerald theme manager. A lot of themes are here, but 
not Redmond. So my question is, what of themes is the best to use? It 
uses Paper as system default, but I think, minimal will be a better 
choice, or not?
