[orca-list] text of buttons is not read in Firefox

Hi guys,

Orca master, Firefox 60.0.1, Arch Linux with Mate.

I noticed that since some time (I am sorry I don't know when), text of
buttons in Firefox is not read. For example when you open paypal and go
to your wallet to configure new cards, text of buttons is not read.
Currently I can't think about any site which wouldn't require login, but
I guess some of you have Paypal. I noticed it on more sites.

Could anyone confirm this?
