I just tried with Firefox nightly and Orca master and numpad 2 and 5
each presented the correct item. I recently(ish) fixed some flat review
issues, so is there any chance you could try master?

Greetings!
I've had this problem for a long time but am finally getting around to
asking about it.
I was on this site:
https://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-faq.html#WhatDoesGPLStandFor
reading a great deal about the GNU General Public License. At one
point, I wanted to check the letters of an abbrevation, so I hit numpad
2. I wanted to hit it twice to get the military alphabet version.
Instead, I heard "menubar." (I'd also done this with numpad 5.)
On some sites, such as in some Debian documents, I get the letter or
work I want spoken. It seems that on most sites I get "menubar." I've
seen nothing about this from anybody on this list, so I wonder if I'm
doing something wrong. Thanks for any help.
Al
