Re: [orca-list] Strange situations in Orca-Master

Hi Samuel.

Any chance these issues are a side effect of the changes you recently
made to Orca?

Hi All.

I noticed strange things in Orca-Master (Orca-3.28 does not have such
problems).

Working environment: Fedora-28, MATE-1.20.2.

1. Even if the pronunciation of punctuation is completely turned off, I
still hear the pronunciation ' (apos) and " (quot), while navigating
with the arrows up and down; And also with non-interrupted reading.
In case of apos there is such a circumstance: I hear apos only when
using the speech synthesizers that are connected to Speech-dispatcher
with the sd_generic module.

2. There is also a situation that I observe only when using speech
synthesizers that have their own module for Speech-dispatcher. Steps to
reproduce:

2.1. Open any text file in Pluma;

2.2. Press a few times PageDown;

2.3. turn on for some time without interrupted reading;

2.4. Stop not interrupted reading, for example, with the left key Control;

5. Re-enable non-interrupted reading.

Orca begins to read the file not from the place of stop, but from the
beginning.

I would be very grateful for solving these problems.
