[orca-list] Good Live/Rescue Environment

I want to make a flash drive with a live Linux environment for emergencies, doing system rescues and the 
like. I thought about installing a distribution with some common packages, but then I wondered if one of the 
live environments had good Orca accessibility. I know a number of distributions have them, and that a number 
of rescue images also exist. Thanks for any recommendations.
