[orca-list] Mouse review: With new change Orca says "empty" on many elements

Hello all,

Environment:
- Debian Stretch with latest a11y stack, it's my own personal computer 
to check mouse review on more scenario
- Orca master
- Thunderbird 52.8.0

Steps to reproduce:
1) Launch Thunderbird
2) Move the move between messages or folders

Result: Orca often says "empty"

Expected: Orca should announce the content

I'm pretty sure it's a regression in recent fix.
