[orca-list] Large braille devices and context prefix

Hello,

When using large braille devices such as 80-character braille device,
Orca prefixes the text with some context, e.g. for a file containing
"test":

    gedit app *Untitled Document 1 - gedit frm test test test

Is there a way to disable this context prefixing?
