[orca-list] Finger print reader

Hello, every one!
I know that, this  is a of-topic but please help me.
In my leptop there is a finger print reader just below the num pad
enter key but I don't know how to use that I tried in many way but I
didn't get any way to use it. I had installed Finger-print.GUI but
still I am not able to use it. now please tell me that, what can I do
in this case? or where I can ask this question so I will get the
proper answer. Thanks.
I am using:
Laptop: Dell Vostro-15-35-68
OS: Ubuntu 18.04 LTS
Desktop: Gnome
