[orca-list] Orca master and Firefox nightly issues with focus mode

Seen a few reports of this recently. Firefox nightly and Orca master 
don't seem to stay in focus mode when typing into a search field.


For instance, go to amazon.com and try to sign in at the signin link 
(I'd post a direct link, but it's ugly. :) Tab to the Email/phone field 
if it doesn't autofocus, then ensure you're in focus mode. Type an 
email. As soon as you type @, you're somehow out of focus mode and have 
attempted to navigate to the previous header. The only way to enter text 
in this field is to obsessively change back to Focus mode after each 
character.
