Hi Norman,
What do you mean orca cannot start? Did it crash right after you run
it or it ran but no audio?
If the latter, you may wanna try this for system audio check:
- plug in your speaker/headphone in 3.5mm Raspberry audio jack
- run the following command:
- espeak "wonderful" # you may need to install espeak package
if not there already
- If you hear espeak speaking then audio is working fine
