Thanks! I will look into that, I send this to the list, because like I said I've tried a private internet access, and I think they actually have a GUI client, so I tried you think that with Orca, and it was a complete fail! I have yet to try windscribe, and from what I can remember, expressvpn was somewhat easy, I might actually try that one again as well, but basically just looking to protect the majority of my home network, obviously, because I have a rented Gateway from my ISP, I don't believe I can actually protect that at the moment, but I can at least I Android devices, and Linux machines, and hopefully some of the other devices that are in use on my network, but like I said it's not for One Less Reason in particular, because I have multiple Linux machines, and use Orca on them, I would need something that would work on zammit, Android and everything else, that would not have the problem of being accessible on one platform, and not another. Thanks again!

A bit off-topic for the Orca list, but I'll bite. :)
Recommending VPNs is a bit challenging because people use VPNs
for different things, and the term is kind of overloaded. Do you
want a VPN in a certain city so you'll get cheaper flights? Do you
want a VPN to make ISP traffic more private? Do you just want to
connect different devices regardless of what networks they're on?
It sounds like you may want that one, so I'll answer *that*
recommendation, but the solution I'm mentioning won't particularly
improve privacy or bounce traffic from a different location.
If you just want to connect up and route your devices, check out
ZeroTier (https://zerotier.com). You can create different networks
with a chunk of 10.0.0.0/8 address space. Any devices added to the
network can then communicate regardless of how they'er connected
to the internet. Note that this does nothing more than ensure
connectivity, so it's up to you to for instance run a DHCP server
for address assignment, assign addresses manually, etc. There's a
Linux CLI client, and I'm pretty sure there are clients for most
OSs on your list. There's definitely an Android client, but I
couldn't get it to resume connections automatically on phone boot,
so there's that minor issue.
Anyhow, to make this Orca-related, I used their CLI and web
interfaces under Linux. The web interface requires a bit of manual
pointer routing and click simulation, but it is usable for at
least approving systems that try joining networks from Linux or
Android. Haven't done much more than that, but then again I
haven't needed to.
Another option is to rent a VPS somewhere and set up Wireguard.
Entirely command-line-based, with Linux support and an Android
client, and other OSs in the works. I've administered OpenVPN
before, and Wireguard was a comparative fresh breath of air.
Good luck.

Hello there, so I'm running Debian 9, with mate, and aside from
maybe open VPN, I'm kind of looking for a solution that is plug
and play, or at least doesn't require a ton of manual
intervention, but something that will not only work on my Android
devices, but Linux, iOS, and windows, primarily though, Android
and Linux, but iOS, Windows, Fire TV sticks Etc would be a plus,
since I also have those devices on my network. I have tried
Express VPN, but didn't get too far with that's on the Linux side,
I had some issues when setting it up on a Fire TV stick, Android
Works flawlessly, so we're good there. Another solution that I've
heard about is private internet access, the last time I tried the
Linux client, it was totally inaccessible! So that kind of put
that one out to pasture so to speak, anybody else have any other
recommendations? I was looking at McAfee safe connect, but I don't
think they support Linux, and aVera's, Phantom VPN, but again I
don't think they'd support Linux either. I was also looking at
winscribe, I think that's just command line Bass, the Android app
leaves a little bit to desire though. Just interested in
everybody's opinion. Thanks a bunch!
