[orca-list] Table reading in LibreOffice writer

I am working on setting up documents to be accessible for my students. Using the table properties to repeat header row should make it repeat as it reads the table, but this doesn't work without using orca+r to set the dynamic header row. Is this an issue with LibreOffice or Orca? Using Orca 3.30 on Ubuntu Mate 18.10.
