[orca-list] A couple questions

Hello list,

I have a couple of questions. I am a brand new user of linux.

Would someone explain what master orca?

Secondly, is there anywhere I could find a place which shows the accessible applications which work with 
orca? I am looking for a epub reader a good finance application and possible email client outside of 
thunderbird.

Any assistance would be appreciative..
It is extremely difficult to know where to turn as a newbie.
