[orca-list] a bug in the download file dialog with latest orca master and latest version of firefox

Hello joanie, its Mayson. I have a bug to report in orca master with the 
latest version of firefox. when you download a file and you choose 
weather to open or save the type of file you are downloading when you 
shift tab orca should read the edit read only box witch gives you the 
total size of the file you are downloading. it does read it but the bug 
is that now, orca will take about a second or a few to start reading the 
edit read only control. and when you want to tab back to the open or 
save radio buttons orca will take even longer to read the focused 
control. could you take a look at this and fix this as soon as possible?
