Hi bittukumar.
You'll want to be in sticky focus mode. Orca usually can detect it and
automatically put you in it. But if for some reason that fails, you can
manually toggle sticky focus mode with Orca+a double clicked.
You'll also want to be sure the Sheets spreadsheet support is enabled.
That's a Google thing. The shortcut for that is Ctrl+Alt+Z.
With those two things in place, Orca works with Sheets for me.

is google chrome accessible on Ubuntu? or chromium? please let me know
