Hey all.

I just committed some changes to Orca which will cause Orca to
immediately ignore the spammy events we're seeing from Caja and
Nautilus. It's improved things noticeably for me though there's still a
bit of a lag (9 seconds for a folder with 100,000 items, compared to
nearly a minute using Orca stable with that same giant folder).

Keep in mind, what I have committed to Orca is a hack which may actually
break things elsewhere -- so please test Orca master in all
applications, even if you don't care about caja or nautilus.

Thanks!
