[orca-list] Buttons in the GTK sidebar places within file chooser dialog are missing accessible name

Hello,

I am trying to get as much info about this as possible however I fail to find out where the problem is.
I do have two machines.
Machine1 is running gnome 3.24 with at-spi2-atk 2.24.1, at-spi2-core 2.24.1, python-atspi 2.24.0 orca 3.24.0+15+gc2c209c34, firefox 55, gtk3 3.22.19.
Machine 2 is running gnome 3.26 with at-spi2-atk 2.26.0, at-spi2-core 2.26.0+4+g7070583, python-atspi 2.26.0, orca-git 3.26.0.r16.g07cd264aa, firefox 56, gtk3 3.22.24+91+gaf6c2258a1.

The problem is that on machine 2 when gtk file chooser dialog appears in firefox side bar place buttons such as home, music, documents... don't report their names with orca. These buttons only report a tooltip text which says something like unmounts. The descriptions are reported fine when using where am I feature of orca. Gnome apps such as gnome or gedit do report the names including tooltip text for the places sidebar buttons.
On machine1 these are working great and names are reported for these buttons even in firefox.
What I have tried:
Downgrading orca on the machine2 to orca-git 3.24.0.r7.g760eb2525,
downgrading firefox on machine2 to firefox 55.
Nothing of that helps.
I can't downgrade at-spi2-core, at-spi2-atk, atk, python-at-spi2 to 2.24 versions because with those in place my X session no longer starts. Perhaps there are some incompatible changes with some gnome components or something I can't to get at.
GTK file chooser and its places sidebar are GTK component. I have also tried downgrading gtk3 to version 3.22.19 on machine2. I was able to find this commit https://git.gnome.org/browse/gtk+/commit/?h=gtk-3-22&id=0969419610b5702c6743aef1636769b32dcfbd9f which makes a difference that the tooltip is not reported with that older version of gtk3, however reporting of button names is not restored.
I am unable to find out more.

Can you please try to verify this or suggest more steps?

Greetings

Peter
