There I took the deb-file and installed it with "software". Since
that time I work with Orca 3.26.0.
I thought it was gnome-orca, and,
what're the risks that if i do this, that something could go
wrong.
I have my system at a state where
if I messed it up, it wouldn't be the worst thing, but I'd
still rather not if I could help it.

need the commands/steps for updating Orca
Hello!
You should upgrade your Ubuntu by
sudo apt-get upgrade
But if you want to update just Orca, you have to open terminal
by
ctrl+alt+t, than write
sudo apt-get install orca
