[orca-list] back after a long time, how's Gnome accessibility?

Dear all,
This is Krishnakant back after a long time.
I was busy into my research and some important set of campaigns for 
promoting free software in schools.
Besides, Unity and Orca were going very well on Ubuntu 16.04, so I did 
not feel like changing over.
But Now as we all are aware that Ubuntu will be shipping with Gnome by 
default, I wish to know how usable it is.
Does the launcher menu work fine with Orca?
Are notifications accessible?
I particularly feel very keen to have wifi notifications, battery 
notifications and mail notifications very important.

Can some one please update about the same?
