Except for mistakes on my part, some messages appeared when I used gnome 3.24. These messages have disappeared in gnome 3.26.

It seems it's not an Orca-related issue but the bug appears in another update. You could try to start your Java test program from a command line to check which errors are displayed. If you think we could help you a little bit you could paste the errors here or tell us what is your conclusions.
