[orca-list] Native Drag and Drop

Hello!

I need to create a drag and drop widget in a web page, and I was wondering if there is any native support in Orca (or with other screen reader, web browser, etc) to drag and drop stuff using just the keyboard, or if I'll have to implement that manually.
