[orca-list] LibreOffice Writer: on templates manager some items are not correctly announced by Orca

Dear all,

Environment :
- Debian Sid
- LibreOffice 5.4 and Dev 6.0
- Orca master


First issue: Orca doesn't present the combo box selected content when it 
focus on.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Open the template manager with ctrl+shift+n or with File, Templates, 
Manage Templates
2) Press tab until to find the first combo box

Actual result: Orca announces the label
Expected result: Orca should present the label and the currently 
selected item


Second issue: On the main panel Orca only announces the current selected 
template on the first time it goes into the templates list.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Open the template manager with ctrl+shift+n or with File, Templates, 
Manage Templates
2) Press tab until to go to the panel containing the templates list
3) Tab to go out of the list
4) Press shift+tab to return into the templates list

Actual result: Orca stays silent when it enters for the second times 
into the list
Expected result: Orca should present the information in the same way on 
the first time and second time. Orca should announce the element type, 
the number of elements into the panel and should announce the currently 
focused item.
