[orca-list] orca is sometimes repeating a line wtice in seamonkey 2.46 and above

Hi there,
I noticed a couple of weeks ago that orca is sometimes saying twice what 
is on a line in seamonkey 2.46. Tried an aurora build this morning and 
got the same result, so I finally managed to get a debug.out file that 
I'll send to Johanie in private, so we can know at the very least where 
it comes from, what are possible workarround, or if it's a regression in 
orca... I absolutely have no idea. I'm running orca master updated as of 
2 days ago.
