here is from my pacman.conf:

Include = /etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist


it is uncommented isnt it? this is sonar, so i think the good folks done 
it for me. but still, if i do

sudo pacman -S qt-at-spi:i386

i got error. maybe the package is named differently in arch?
