[orca-list] orca sometimes repeats leaving list many times

Hi all.

I am not sure if this is related to orca or to the page in question.

Using orca compiled from master try the folloing steps::

1. Launch firefox and go to https://gradle.org/eclipse/.
2. After the page is loaded press ctrl+home.
3. Press l two times.
4. Press down arrow two times.

In my machine orca announces leaving list thre or four times.
