[orca-list] More roles as optional spoken context added to master

Hey all.

I have just added more spoken context support to master. This is the
feature where Orca announces when you enter or exit a particular item.
The new options are for ARIA landmarks and also non-ARIA forms. And if
you missed it, I did this for panels yesterday.

As with the other roles, this support is enabled by default, i.e. Orca
will announce when you enter or leave landmarks, non-ARIA forms, and
panels both in SayAll and when navigating within the document. As with
the other roles, you can configure this behavior separately for SayAll
and navigation, and do so on a per-role basis.

Note that for the purpose of this feature, ARIA landmarks are treated as
a single role, even though the announcement is customized by the
landmark type. In other words, you cannot enable announcement of banner,
but disable announcement of contentinfo. This is deliberate.

Please test and let me know if you find any serious issues as I'd like
to do an unstable release soon. I still care about minor issues, of
course, and will fix them. But I'd really like to know if there's a
reason I shouldn't do a release yet. <smiles>
