[orca-list] cannot use control key to silent speech on orca

Hi,
using orca 3.22.1 on vinux 5, i don't kow what i've done, now when i
press control key, orca will say "window" and it will read the title
of the application that i am on now. also, control+home, end, left
arrow, right arrow and so on did not work now. any idea? thanks
