[orca-list] Thunderbird install ladd-ons from a local file/no button is seen by orca

As the subject says I was looking for a button to install a thunderbird extension from a local file.
From all I remember, saw in a quick search, and was told by the guy who asked about this on the Vinux list
this should be doable by pushig the tools for
all add-ons button in the t-bird add-ons tab.
I can activate the button supposedly via the alt shift b buttons menu. It's the only one that appears when
one is in this tab it seems.
Nothing seems to happen from the button press however, and neither the oribinal questioner nor myself can
find anything that says anything about
installing from a file.
Nor do I see unlabeled buttons.
He says this can be seen in windows, but I've not looked there.
We were using orca 3.22.1 on vinux5, i.e. basically Ubuntu trusty, in my case any way with latest updates,
the 4.4-lts kernel, etc.
T-bird is 45.7 or similar from standard default Ubuntu14.04 repos.
I'll double check on my arch-box and see what I get with orca master and what ever t-bird I have flying there.
