Dear all,

Environment :
- Orca master (commit 07364fcfef772c7531be5932894caac404335af8)
- Debian 8.7
- Thunderbird 45.6.0

Steps to reproduce :
1) Open Thunderbird
2) Reply to a message in HTML mode
3) Try to switch to browse mode

Result: Orca doesn't switch to browse mode

Expected result : Orca should switch to browse mode as it happened inold releases.
