[orca-list] a page that makes orca crazy

Hi all.


I don't know if this is related to orca or to the page in question.



To reproduce try the following steps:

1. Using firefox go to 
https://linuxconfig.org/docker-dial-tcp-lookup-index-docker-io-no-such-host-fix

2. After the page is loaded press ctrl+home and press h until you find a 
heading called Symptoms.

3. Press down arrow until you find a heading called solution.

4. Continue pressing down arrow and note that suddenly orca starts to 
read the content of the previous heading.

If I try a say all, orca skips parts of the content of the solution heading.
