I'm not exactly sure what you're asking, but you can definitely use
distributions made for the blind. You can ask questions on these
distributions on mailing lists set up for them, such as the Vinux
support list, and since Vinux is based on Ubuntu and Debian, you can
also check out the forums and lists for those distributions for useful
information.
