The steps to reproduce are:
1) Open LibreOffice Writer
2) Write "Hello world"
3) Insert an image, here I've inserted the "Hypra logo" :
http://hypra.fr/img/logo.svg with "insert" menu, "image".
4) Place the keyboard caret on the beginning of the document
5) Move with up/down arrows
Result: I'm unable to retrieve the image
Expected result: I would be able to find the image
