[orca-list] orca wont start on log in using gnome 3.24

Hi,
i installed ubuntu gnome beta 2 17.04, and it's gnome is 3.24, and
orca 3.22, but orca does not start or speak at log in screen, even
though i pressed super+alt+s, ctrl+s, alt+f2 and type orca and enter.
any idea? this is 64 bit by the way, if it helps.
