Hi,

Orca 3.22 Master, Firefox 45.2.0.

With Orca 3.16, switching between tabs with ctrl+alt+tab made the tab 
title pronunced automatically.

It's no more efficient in Orca 3.20 and 3.22 Master. Focused tab title 
should be also pronunced after closing a tab.
